One‑to‑one virtual or in-person coaching for physicians who want space to reflect, navigate competing demands, and build sustainable practices in both work and life. My approach is supportive, structured, and grounded in the unique context of medical practice and career/life transitions in medicine.

Group Coaching

Group coaching is a cost-effective, collaborative environment that accelerates personal and professional growth through shared experiences, diverse perspectives, and enhanced accountability. It fosters a strong sense of community, allowing members to feel supported, reduce isolation, and build lasting, trusting relationships. Groups are offered in person or virtually.
